Default Taking Long to Crank up

My car has been taking longer than usual to start. Takes about 3 seconds of cranking to start engine. Anyone had this issue?

You can setup battery voltage in the mfd. Do that and see what it says. Good to always check with old school voltmeter.

Silly question but how many miles/how old is your car and have you changed your plugs yet?

Do a search for crankshaft position sensor problems. Long starts and occasional stalling are common occurrences.

All good suggestions:

Battery
Plugs
CSPS

Possibly a tank of bad fuel?

Mileage and maintenance history would help a lot here.

There isn't a maintenance history on the car but it has 110k miles. I'm going to replace the spark plugs and hopefully its the fix. What's CSPS?

CSPS:crank shaft position sensor

With no maintenance history chasing spark plugs is a no brainer in your case. There is a DIY on this forum, I believe.

Based on that mileage, it's your plugs and coil packs. Hope they come out easily enough.

Is it the same part as cam shaft position sensor?

I can't find the crank shaft sensor on pelican parts

If coils are bad wouldn't I get a code on the multi display?

You have 110,000 miles. You need to zero out the maintenance. If you don't have any history, you need to assume it hasn't been done, if you want reliable performance going forward.

Engine air filters
Brake fluid
Serpentine belt
The list is long

Before your next oil change, run at least a tank full of fuel treated with Techron Fuel System Cleaner. You might benefit from doing this twice.

In addition to all the correct advice above I would also check the fuel pressure at the exit pipe of the gas tank right by the fuel pump.
