It's a 2017 CPO. I love the color and the mileage is reasonable. I'm going to be shooting for 20% is that reasonable?

Isn't it already 25%+ off MSRP?

30k miles on a 911 in 2.5 years.. impressive. Definitely someone's DD.

I paid $80k for mine with 20in Carrera wheels, Sport Chrono, and PSE delivered from MA to VA. I’d try 20%, but be satisfied with 10-15% of the asking price given we’re going into Spring and it’s harder to get bigger discounts.

it is beautiful though!

You mean asking price (offering $64K)? That sounds quite aggressive to me - maybe low 70's.

Agreed. 30k in 2.5 super easy as a DD.

Yes asking. I'd probably start at 20%. Just wanted to get a general consensus of can be done on a CPO 911. From what I hear this dealer doesn't budge much so getting 20% would be a long shot but it's a place to start.

Zero chance and not a reasonable offer IMO, but who knows. I don’t think 70-72 would be a completely unreasonable offer. 74-76 more likely.

FWIW - I just paid 70k for basically same car - base 2017 similarly optioned approx same miles , except RS spyder wheels, & no full leather interior but- mine was not CPO even though purchased at P dealer. Still under factory until Dec 2020 though. I've come to understand the CPO will add approx 3-4k -
With all that said, doubtful they'd move more than 1, maybe 2k. IMO - They will move the car. During my search I encountered a few at this $ range moved pretty fast.

In my experience over the past few years, dealers price their used cars competitively and at going market rates. The internet has leveled the playing field and the days of bloated asking prices and deep discounts on used cars are largely gone. Lots of dealers don't discount at all unless the car has been sitting for too long and then they start to lower the asking price a little at a time until it sells. You may be able to negotiate a bit but I would be surprised if it was more than a couple thousand. But you never know until you try. Good luck!

You want 20% off their advertised price? That's never going to happen.

I've bought two cars from them, one CPO and one new. They typically price quite aggressively (they move a lot of cars) but on a used car, I don't think any dealer is going to move 20% unless its a problem car.

I'm starting at 20%. Worst answer I can possibly get is an absolutely not following with a scoff. What people end up getting discounted seem all over the place so it makes most sense to me to shoot for the highest possible percentage. I'm not financing so it wouldn't be a lot of paperwork just negotiating my trade.

Yea I stated above that dealership doesn't budge much. People don't mind paying sticker in newtown square. They move a lot of cars so they don't really have to. 70K isn't a great price for that car either.

Yea agreed. I might just search for one closer to 70-75k that way if I can just get a little off I would be happy. That dealership will def move the car no doubt. Unless it ends up sitting a long time and they just want someone to take it off there hands real quick. I'm considering a CPO Cayenne, CPO 911, or new Audi S6 so my determination is all over the place at the moment. It's fun to find the best deal and i'm really in no rush.
