It’s definitely more functional than cosmetic as you have to specifically look for it to see it. After installing it I can say that the front end seems “lighter” imo (may just be in my head). It also serves the purpose to continue the flat underside of the car all the way back and flows into the stock pse. The center vein that I made is more cosmetic...doubt it does much as far as function.

Have more detailed pics of the mounting system you created? Or would you be able to replicate it? Looks like a pretty thorough set up for mounting one of these diffusers.

Nice work. I smell a decent side hustle there if you were to turn out a few units ready to ship. Just saying...

My race mechanic custom made it. It will get a good work out tomorrow at Time Attack.

I have the full GT3 front end. This will create a low pressure under the car and balance it out.

Down force without the drag.

P.S. The price would make your eyes water. 🤣

No one else is this insane. It’s an illness. 🤣

Once the mod bug bites its all over from there! I just try to get the parts from the front door after delivery and in the garage before my wife sees them

I read your front end OEM GT3 swap, I have to say I am not that crazy and would likely go OEM ducts/radiator but aftermarket cover to soften the hit on the wallet but ballpark, how much are you in for the rear diffuser mounting system?

That isnt to bad all things considered. You have plenty of adjust-ability too for fine tuning.

Would anyone be able to get some measurements on the diffuser for me? I am curious to see how this would fit on a 997 and what my bracket would look like. I am in need of the width of the leading edge, width of trailing edge, length, and how far back the rear-most bolt holes from the leading edge? This info would be GREATLY appreciated!

Here is my setup. Just need to adjust the vertical Position over the bracket I have made with Alloy. I used the inserts from the Oil pan on the front (4 screws with rubber pumpers between the Oil pan and Diffusor) all screws are Alloy. I got the Idea with the bracket from the GT2 RS.
