Does the diffuser have a functional purpose or more cosmetic? Can you feel any difference in handling? It looks great.
It’s definitely more functional than cosmetic as you have to specifically look for it to see it. After installing it I can say that the front end seems “lighter” imo (may just be in my head). It also serves the purpose to continue the flat underside of the car all the way back and flows into the stock pse. The center vein that I made is more cosmetic...doubt it does much as far as function.
Thought I would share these here as well. A little more complex solution. I track.....a lot.

Have more detailed pics of the mounting system you created? Or would you be able to replicate it? Looks like a pretty thorough set up for mounting one of these diffusers.

I read your front end OEM GT3 swap, I have to say I am not that crazy and would likely go OEM ducts/radiator but aftermarket cover to soften the hit on the wallet but ballpark, how much are you in for the rear diffuser mounting system?

Would anyone be able to get some measurements on the diffuser for me? I am curious to see how this would fit on a 997 and what my bracket would look like. I am in need of the width of the leading edge, width of trailing edge, length, and how far back the rear-most bolt holes from the leading edge? This info would be GREATLY appreciated!
Also, I made an extension out of carbon fiber and mounted it up to give it some extra flare. I like the look and think it flows very well. Here are some additional pics

Here is my setup. Just need to adjust the vertical Position over the bracket I have made with Alloy. I used the inserts from the Oil pan on the front (4 screws with rubber pumpers between the Oil pan and Diffusor) all screws are Alloy. I got the Idea with the bracket from the GT2 RS.
