It's under warranty, no PPI needed. Of course, you really need to see the repair details. Let's say you buy it, drive it away and at 93.5 MPH you have a front end shimmy. Porsche says that the repair wasn't at an authorized Porsche shop, so no warranty net--just say'in.
I think Snake is referring to the two large divots in the gasket, indicating that the impact may have travelled that far into the front.
You can make any deal contingent on the seller paying to replace that damaged gasket.
IDK if it is an easy DIY or not...find out & check the price of a new gasket from Suncoast & from your local Porsche dealer.
If the part is cheap & easy to DIY replace, then just use the damaged trim to drive down the price.
