COLORS (or COLOURS)!!!! Buy it if you like it, and you get a good price. So, I would wait it out.
I bought a yellow targa with black rims. The yellow color by itself is not for everyone. Then add a targa body to the mix, and the target audience diminishes even more.
It has about 4800 miles and the asking is $130K, not from a Porsche dealer. It has 34 months of basic warranty remaining. Front sections have PPF with 2-3 nicks.

What are you hoping to get it for? That is really not a bad price.
I hope it would be be around $120K but the color combination is a large concern. Would like to avoid taking a bath if I need to sell in a few years because of it. Appreciate any thoughts on a good purchase price.
too red for me , i think interiors should have some contrast vs exterior
Keep in mind that when looking at the interior from back to front there is a lot of Black.
OP: Offer them $120k and tell them you are serious at that number and if they refuse offer to give them your phone# to call in case they change their mind.
If you are at all worried about resale, then i wouldn't get that color combo. If it's a keeper, then the only thing that matters is whether you like it.
I had a conversation with a Porsche Brand Ambassador at the original dealer for this particular car in Bend, OR and he remembers this car very well. He said it was spec'd by Porsche Exclusive (as a way to demonstrate their design concepts) and then offered to dealers and his dealership took it because they don't get many Targa 4S's in their normal allocations. He said that because of the high price point ($179K MSRP) and the unusual color combination, the car did not sell and they ultimately dealer traded it to a Porsche dealership in Texas, but he didn't know which one. The Carfax doesn't identify which one either but likely in San Antonio where it was first registered with 205 miles. They received it in April 2017 and traded it in February 2018 apparently as that is the month of the first Texas safety inspection. The good news is that it was inside in their showroom for all that time. Warranty in service date is 6/15/18. You can take your pick on the reasons it did not sell in Oregon.
Is the fact that it was spec'd by Porsche Exclusive mean anything?
I don't think the two dissimilar reds works, as already said.
I do wonder about some of the factory spec'd cars I've seen: There's been a TTS in my local showroom for months with a fantastic build, except the PTO is a non metallic dark blue for $11k. The identical looking dark blue in metallic is standard and $0. That'll be $233k please. If you like that colour it would look better in metallic anyway.
