That really shows the difference between the .1 and .2's because your wheels are sitting out 13mm further than OP's and still sit inside the fender

Your 305 with +60 should sit the same distance to the fender as my 295 with + 55. I have 0 rub. I'm running Michelin PS4s. I also have RAS and lowered on Techart springs. 991.2

I have the FF04's on a nb991.2 and they poked out too much for my taste, but looks like 5mm less than yours. By the way, Tagmotorsports shows both the FF01's and FF04's as 20x11 65 offset. You may have the wrong rears!

I waited too long to complain, call HRE now.

Eventually I had the stock sport springs and GT3 LCA arms installed , and a track alignment. With -2.5 rear camber now, the HRE's are flush and perfect IMO.

Thanks for taking those pics @ShaunP , that does indeed look identical to mine, I think the angles in my pics just exacerbates it a bit. What width/offset is your front?

@fsmich do you have any pictures of your rear fitment now? TAG said the 20x11 +65 for FF01 is a typo on their website. I also contacted HRE and they said 20x11 +60 is the only fit they have for a .2 NB, whether that's ideal or not is a different story. They did mention it is meant to poke out a bit and be an aggressive fit, but should not cause rubbing issues even lowered. They recommended I put 7mm spacers on the front to match. I think I will keep that and get those front spacers for now. In the future if I change wheels I'll definitely be going w/ a custom offset forged set.

I probably should have added I am lowered on Damptronics with -2.0 neg camber on the rears with -2.5 on the front. This makes a bit of difference on how the wheel sits.

My "poke" looked a lot like yours before the camber. This is a pic with -2.5. You don't need hardware to get 2.5 rear with SPASM suspension.

The vendor who sold you these HRE FF01's should have told you from the get go that this fitment is aggressive on 991.2's and that 295's are recommended to be used with the wheels. The silver lining is that even with the aggressive fitment they will not rub. If you lower the car the wheels will naturally camber inward as well so it would help a bit.

if down the road you feel like you can't accept the poke anymore feel free to contact us and we'll help set you up with a custom forged wheel that has the perfect fitment. Here's our 991 customer gallery for inspiration - https://wheelsboutique.com/galleries/991

Got it thanks for the suggestions, I think my rear camber is about -1.5 so I'll go get that adjusted to -2 at least. May consider 295s once these stock pzeros wear out.

Another option is find a wheel machining shop near you, and they can easily machine off some of the back pad on the rim by a few MM's.

Here in San Jose there is a place, not sure where you live, but there might be similar shop that can machine a bit of the back pad off.

I didn’t know the 991.2 has higher offset than the 991.1.

I’m running HRE P101SC 20x11 +53 with 305/30 & it’s flush no rubbing. But my car is a 991.1 non wide body

Hope you can return them for a better set. The problem with going higher offset is that you will loose the concavity.

The fitment looks x100 times better after you adjusted the camber. Good job!
