Default Help me value this 2017 991.2 GTS

Trying to figure out what to offer on this car. Private party so not certified.

Carfax and AutoCheck clear.

2017 GTS, 14,000 miles.

Based on my quick search, around $105-110k would be a good private sale price for both seller and buyer. It has to be a good deal for both, to be a good deal.
It's a lightly optioned car and not a low mileage car. If it's right for you and a good independent PPI (not his usual shop) is to your liking, id start lower and be willing to end up below but near $110k.

Looks like it was optioned to be more of a luxury spec vs a performance spec as the GTS interior was deleted and it has no RAS, PDCC, or PCCB. If that’s what you’re looking for, $105-110k seems about right as those performance options seem to put the price range about $10k higher.
