Default Which iCarsoft for 991.1?

Which iCarsoft model has proven success to reset the Service Interval alert. I've searched but could not find an answer in the 991 forum. I am interested only to be able to reset the Service Interval alert. thank you. Patrick

I use the PORII. Just used it on Saturday for this purpose, actually.
I've used it a bunch to reset the airbag light after removing seats as well.

I still have the POR II that I bought when I owned a 997. I've used it successfully to reset the service interval alert on my 991.1 as mentioned above.

Any experience with this model for the 991.1 service interval alert reset? It costs about $50 less. iCarsoft Auto Diagnostic Scanner P700 V1.0 for PORSCHE with ABS Airbag Scan,Oil Service Reset ect

Correction: iCarsoft POR V1.0 for Porsche/Cayenne listed on Amazon

The latest version now is the iCarsoft POR V2, which is the update to iCarsoft POR II. I just got one, and used it to reset my service warning on my 997.

I have the iCarsoft PORii scanner which does what I need for resetting codes and maintenance light/s which include oil reset light. However, the iCarsoft POR V2.0 also offers the car battery reset option.

Thank you. The iCarsoft website product descriptions are not clear to explain life cycles and version generations. Amazon is very helpful with the many Q&A and user reviews.

It's not the most intuitive tool when trying to reset service interval reminders. Every time I'd go to do it, I'd forget how and fumble through menus for a bit. I made a "how to" step-by-step post the last time I did it so you won't have to struggle figuring it out.

Perfect timing on the instructions. My new POR v1.0 arrived yesterday from amazon and this morning I updated the software from iCarsoft, then used the instructions to step through the service interval and the oil change resets. I have to admit I was a little tentative hacking into the OBDII on the 911, but things worked fine. No more annoying alert at startup. Thanks for all the help here.
