Ah, even cooler, and that certainly changes my perspective. I take a step back and ask "what of this is irreparable?""....nothing! At this point I think just a question of price. Good luck!
I’m extremely interested to hear what you think fair market value is. I ran it through KBB and NADA, and it seems to be worth just over $100K. The S, the low mileage, and the color seem to be bumping it up.

A lot of prospective buyers here are not following the targa prices so they may have a different price point. Targas are in a different universe
Hey, OP, this is a 2015 at one of the local dealers for almost 10K less than yours but it is a manual with beige interior. The driver's seat does look worn, however.
They’re going to fix the headers, the door panels, and they already fixed the scratches on the driver’s seat (see pic) Still waiting to hear about them replacing the old tires.
Assuming all of those things are addressed, I’m still planning to buy it.
So, they've repaired the headers. I was told they would be replaced, but I guess they decided otherwise. Anyone have any experience with repair rather than replacement on headers?
It looks like they did a nice job but if you want a professional opinion I would ask one of the Soul guys, such as Mike, to take a pic at them - I will see if I can get him to look at them for you.
