PPF, Nano coating, Bugs and Sap
#16
Have you ever seen PPF damaged after being treated with ceramic coatings? I have. FYI PPF is not designed to be covered with silica limiting its capacity to breathe.

My installer, Extreme Colors in Greenville, SC (does all of the BMW Performance Center cars) said he uses Goo Gone. I tried it on the bugs and sap and it worked to the degree that you could only see the remains at a certain angle in the right light. After a second application it was completely gone and the PPF and Ceramic Pro look perfect.
