Have you ran a tuned F80?

Good friend of mine is Stage 2, E30. Does mid 6s 60-130. My goal is to put a bus on him.

No. You and that same shorts wearing Lurch looking ICEMAN are clearly keyboard elitis who have nothing better to do than call people names, badger or harrass. You brought this on yourself. I dont even know P. But I hardly found his showing of what our cars can do as illegal street racing. FFS a burn out from a car show exit with people around would be stupid and more dangerous than this. This looks pretty dam safe to me considering all the factors. And not dangerous enough that one must call someone names! As if you candy ***'s hiding behind them keyboards haven't rallied with a friend once. Good lord.

Go find something else to stir up. You two seem good at that. And only that.

Bye felicia.

I have. I just sold my BM3 tuned F80 M3 comp pack with stage 2 91 with a gallon of E85 every fill up. (I was on a 91 tune, not straight corn) The 991.2 911 S I had put busses on it stock. So I assume my GTS would be even more. Maybe not out of the hole though. I swear I feel my 911 S was faster out of the hole than my GTS I have now. But the 911S murdered and I mean murdered my violent F80 M3.

I ran one when we were both stock and the GTS easily left it behind the higher we climbed up. It was manual, at lower speeds/rolls it would initially hang for a second.

Mid 6's is really strong though. I haven't done many 60-130 pulls but I doubt I'm that quick... Then again cars notoriously run slower where I live due to elevation/DA.

I have a video totally spanking a modded hellcat charger but I don't want to offend the dude that shoots missiles at people.

Also had an EPIC run vs a tuned .1 GT3 at a half mile event where he got a head start and I *just* caught up and passed him by a car right before the finish.

What I do know is that these cars put down power VERY well. Had a pull against a stock C7 Z06 when I only had headers/bypass pipes. The Z06 was 2-3 cars faster 60-130 but shockingly the GTS would begin pulling it in after 130. We found that the C7 Z06 8AT has terrible gearing. 5th/6th/7th/8th are all overdrive gears. I've noticed that 500whp for example, in a 991 will kill almost anything else that's also 500whp. Even if the Porsche weighs a couple hundred extra pounds.

Lots of drama in this thread. Let’s go back to cars.

P, not sure where you are, but I’m in NJ. You want to go against my 458, we can set that up.

I would insist on a safe environment, but I’d love to have some fun.

Fwiw, my 458 vs my 911 GTS Targa both stock, based on feel alone the Ferrari is blisteringly fast. The GTS is fast. And imho more fun to drive. But the 458 is bonkers.

I agree. Too much unnecessary drama.

I wish I was over there, would definitely meet up for some pulls.. I don't street race in terms of weaving in and out trying to win from point A-B. Pulls on an open straight road/highway.. No problem!

Is your targa a .2? Either way, if stock the 458 should easily beat it up. Correct me if I'm wrong but are Huracan's faster than 458's? I have a good friend who owns a collection of Ferrari's but he very rarely drives them. Locally he only has a Black Enzo which never leaves the garages unless it's for Car/Coffee or repairs. The other is an F12 which also lives in the garage.. I'd like to race the F12 but don't have the nerve to ask.

Vid of enzo before I met him:

I compiled a list of 100-200 kph testing from fastestlaps.com (awesome website). The 458 is faaast AF. I raced my friend in his 458 after my tune and although it was close up to 100, the 458 got a second wind and walked my *** at high speed. Thats the difference between a fast car and a supercar

the carrera T result is from my dragy.. lol

I just did the unit conversion and my best is a 6.7 This was on a beta tune by dyno spectrum. The car has squeezed out a few more ponies since. -0.37% slope.

However, thats for 60-130mph.. It did a straight conversion which is incorrect.. 100-200kph converts to 62-124mph.. Small difference but not exactly the same.

You are correct sir. The dragy records both in km and mph and although 100-200 kph is actually 62-124mph almost every bad *** car from europe gets measured in this metric and published. Also there are lots of different dudes on the 100-200 leaderboards and u dont have to go as fast to get the time. Just food for thought. Now you know how fast you are compared to the 458... roughly. I dont think the published times can be reliably put down on the street vs yours which is real world.
