Have you seen the car? Do you like it? Does it have the options you want or will you regret not getting one with a specific option or two?

Yes has everything I want (except black leather with guard red seat belts, but will be fine w/o that) - no regrets. Car is in great condition, well maintained, good history, etc. I just wanted to see if folks with a lot more knowledge thought it was a good deal. I’ve done my own due diligence (reading and research) and have come to conclusion this is amgreat
deal - even though 2012....

It sounds like it is the car for you then. When I was looking for a 991 I wound up ordering since I am very picky and thought that if I was spending the kind of money I had allocated it better be exactly what I wanted, even though I did not get PCCBs but that is a different story. A good deal to you is what matters the most but you have had a few others feel the same, me included, so try to get it for less to feel even better about it but if not buy it. I am not sure how long you have been looking but there are a lot of people on these forums who keep second guessing a purchase, asking for reassurance, etc. and then when they went back to buy it the car was already sold.

Great advice! Plenty that have sold while pondering (second guessing as you say) and it gets frustrating. In this case, they will not negotiate bc out of state buyers ready to purchase but wanted to sell to me since I am local. And yes, clearly by the thread I am seeking reassurance :-)

I will tell you and others, after looking for months - the 991.1s
are in high demand...any S or 4s $85k or less (depending on year/miles/options) is selling. Not sure if it a price point thing and /or NA engine. Not seeing any difficulty in getting a 991.2 2017.

This is a nicely equipped, good color combo. I have this color combo (DBM w/Luxor Beige) and it gets compliments regularly.
Price seems fair - how long is the CPO for?

The only (very minor) downside of a luxor beige interior is the dash reflection in the windshield during bright, sunny days.
Luckily, this is easily mitigated by polarized sunglasses. Since you will most likely be wearing sunglasses on these days, it is a non-issue for most folks.

Interestingly enough, PCNA even paid for up to $200 reimbursement for the purchase of polarized sunglasses, as a goodwill gesture, since there were enough complaints logged on this issue for LB interiors.

Hope you enjoy the car - it is a beautiful combo.

That does seem like a good purchase; the luxor beige interior is not popular and takes a hit upon resale, which is why the car is cheaper. You will likely get less for it when you go to sell it, just so you know. DBM/Luxor Beige is probably one of the least popular mainstream color combos; they tend to sit. But, even with that said, if you like the color, go for it. I like the spec. For me, S-PASM, sport exhaust, sport chrono, and either aftermarket exhaust or PSE are must-haves, and those are the main options that help dictate the price, as they are hard to replicate. Contrasting stitching isn't something that most people will pay for, but Sport PASM is hard to install after the fact, and PDCC cannot be installed after the fact

WOW!! What a build! My ideal car. I would pay that for it. Hmmm..
Maybe buy my nearly identical one from me for 62, and I will buy that one? An idea. Anyway.

Thanks Sanjeev. CPO is 2 years / unlimited miles. Yes I read about the reflection, but don’t see it to be any worse than the speaker reflection I see on my other car that has a black dashboard. Agreed, if sunny will be wearing sunglasses. I do feel this is a classy looking color combo.

i guess the pcna offer would now be expired?
