Curious to see what you got. Please share MSRP, Year, and Mileage.
Got a good return yesterday on my '13 C4S with an accident reported on carfax. With the diminished value check and the price I sold for, I drove the car for a year and a half for free. Tacked on 11k miles roughly.
The .2 GTS is in for service and I gave the sales manager the green light to appraise the car. 2017 RWD coupes are going for anywhere between 105(stripper) to 120k. 991's are really holding value.
With that said, if the dealer offers me a good price I will be parting out and selling all my mods (lots and lots of goodies).

Perhaps a 992 but I still like the 991 more. My final drive in the .1 yesterday had me grinning from ear to ear as I was soaking in the sweet noise. Im yearning for a .2 GT3 6 speed manual. Not to say I dont like the GTS, it's simply amazing and my favorite Carrera period. I enjoyed dusting a few GT3s at the half mile events.
I figured if I can get a good return it might be better to cash out both cars and put the money towards better use. Nice piece of real estate is available.

Makes full sense. If you are after MT GT3 I am with you. Currently looking at a very lightly used GT3 Touring. Not really serious about it, just being opportunistic

Are there any seller fees associated with listing a car on BAT?
Yes sir.

Due to color, I bet that was a $125k car (or more) plus premium if it had not been in an accident. The final tally of just under $100k seems about right; the repair costs were less than $30k, and the guy got a diminished value claim of $16,000. If the repairs were done correctly and no further issues result, then the buyer got a bargain. If it has issues, then perhaps not so much!

We are in the middle of downsizing and a GTS ticks the right boxes

The only thing I could come up with was a 600LT McLaren. Then upgrade the turbo's on it. So I have all the rawness and track handling, and just up the power to exceed the 720S. The 720S is beautiful, but its not raw enough for me. Not analogue enough.
Its either that, or I wait for a GT2-RS to come down slightly in price before jumping on one of those. They are still over $700K AUD here. Yes, we get hosed!

Likewise, but at least they still offer a manual.
I just read a review about the new 720 Spider and it looks real nice and the specs are impressive except for one thing: no manual = no buy.
Make sure you tell us all what you wind up getting.

For some reason I've been getting calls from dealers requesting me to 'come for a price on my loaded 2017 4S.' It lost about 10k per tax value since last year. You can see similar cars at dealers between 100-120 (MSRP 150k). I paid somewhere in between one year ago and prices dealers are charging don't seem to have changed much. While no official quote, best guess is they would offer me under 95k for then turn around and attempt to sell 105k+.

Totally agree with this, no manual = no buy. In my opinion, impossible to get that truly analogue experience without the manual. Such a shame so many exotics have dumped the stick.
