Thanks for sharing the details of your project. I recently picked up a 911 T myself and am looking to do the same and will probably go with the same header and cats. What was your reasoning for not doing the exhaust?

My initial plan was to do 2 out of the 3, mainly headers and exhaust. I was told that all 3 would be too loud.
I changed plans in the middle decided to do sport cats
car is plenty loud with just 2

also the PSE is really well made and it does restrict, but I wanted some kind of resonator so decided to keep the PSE.

The different modes with valves open or close are really distinct now, so I can setup as I desire with a press of a button / dial

Hey @Cyberbug was it really necessary to remove the turbo mounting bracket? Fabspeed instructions show to remove it, Soul instructions don’t. Curious about your experience if you can remember.

PS thanks for posting all of this. I spent last Saturday under the car trying unsuccessfully to remove the heat shields and the drivers side header. Back at it this weekend with more tools and knowledge thanks to your thread.

Go slow and remember its doable with the right tools.

Can you post a pic of the bracket in question? I don't recall having to remove one.

I have everything apart right now. No need to remove this bracket if you drop the exhaust. Might be necessary if you are trying to swap cats without exhaust removal.

I know this is an old thread but anything special to removing the turbos from an oil/coolant standpoint since they are fed both? Thank you & great write up!

You do not need to remove the turbos to install our performance headers or cat-back exhaust parts.

This is an older thread and worthy of a "Sticky" imo,

I will soon be doing the same upgrade using SOUL Cat's & Headers and keeping the factory muffler along with a COBB stage 1 tune I thought I read somewhere that a stage 2 would be necessary with these changes is that necessary? Or?

Q: Did the OP go ahead with a tune with this configuration if so any input would be appreciated.

Thanks
