Default Swapped steering wheel trim

Replaced my aluminium steering wheel trim today. Had to take the wheel off then take it apart. I'm very happy with the end result. Here are some before and after pictures.

Was not so bad. I followed computertom's removal post.

https://rennlist.com/forums/991/1093...stall-diy.html

Then used a T20 to remove the three black screws and black boot.

Then removed the 4 silver screws with a T20 bit on the lower left and right side.

Then pull to separate the trim. Next use a T8 bit to remove the screws holding the switches in place.

Then reassembled in reverse.

Nice, I also followed the same instructions when I swapped my 3 inserts and had no problems.

DB Carbon. You need to email them if you have the mode selector on the steering wheel. They don't have it listed on their website
