Interior issues, peeling, delaminating
Going over the car a bit today and found some stuff that bug me. Firstly the Sport button finish has been scratched and so some of the white/clear underneath is showing. Can this button be replaced? I saw a thread about being able to swap out the stack, but not sure if the button itself if available.
Second I noticed the door silver trim bubbling up and starting to come off, is this common?
Car has CPO warranty but don't know if either would be considered wear and tear or not.

You should be able to get the trim delamination covered.
On the button you are likely on your own, you need to buy the compete stack but it's only 200 (and I'm sure you'll be able to resell the sport exhaust button).

Wow, WTF? I thought the trim was actual aluminum. A damn shame...I had seen wrinkling metallic finishes in the 80's/90's on GM vehicles, but not since then. In this case you don't get what you pay for. You might be able to get it covered under CPO...my warped door panels were. However, I had to pay out of pocket for the exterior black trim on the door that was lifting up.

This happened to me as well on 2 of my vents. Silver finish wrinkled and delaminated like it wasn’t primed underneath. I just bought new ones. Car is ‘13 with 18k. If it happens again I’m just going to sand off the finish and paint them 👍🏻

There's as much aluminum in all the silver trim as there is in that $160 Aluminum look gas cap.
