Sounds good will check with those guys. I would prob do those exact tips with similar placement. Gotta see where the line up in 3D sometimes photos are deceiving. The tips look awesome on your gts (stock tips are a little too small for my taste) and the double wall is an awesome feature. Stock tips get smoking hot and if you try and wipe them off after a spirited drive you get a nice surprise! My akra tips were double walled and nice and cool. Big plus in my book. Thanks for posting these pics and looking forward to seeing your project complete

Thank you! Jet-Hot charges $120 for the ceramic coating (not including shipping charges). You have about a half inch of depth adjustment as they clamp on.

Here's the 3.5" double wall tips for reference as well:

Note that the above are Matte Black and mine at Satin. Jet-Hot did a great job and you can look at some of their work on their web site, and if you have questions talk to Lon (and tell him Bob Z. mentioned him).

A lot of great/helpful info here. Thanks very much. Going to the Auto Show at lunch so will talk to some tuners too. Keep it coming.

The SpeedTech system reuses the stock tips or any other tips that fit the stock system. I didn't like the stock tips, so I went with a set of Soul Performance 4 inch slash cut tips and then had them ceramic coated black. For some reason you can only get black tips from Soul if they are 3.5 inches.

can you take one more pic directly behind the car? thanks!

Sure.

If I were to do it again, I would have had the whole exhaust system ceramic coated black, so you couldn't see the inside. Its not that big of a deal because its only when you are low looking at it straight on, which isn't very ofter.

Guarantee he comes back and posts how great they sound.

I think the Soul cats are the single best improvement you can make for the 991.2 engines. Simply sounds so much better and the cost is cheaper than any other mod.

Mark993TT: BGB performance has them on his car and is a dealer for them. Search for his Yellow 991.2 and posts from him for his thoughts..

Cargraphic makes high quality parts so nothing bad to say about the cats that I have ever heard.
