Settled is a funny word to use when talking 911.....but nice car. I don't think you settled at all.

Congrats. Enjoy.

I also came from an M4 manual. I just got my 991 last week.

My quick comparison, both great cars , but it's apples and oranges. The 991 feels like a true sports car. The M felt like a GT car, very solid, well built and fast. Just different.

What do you think so far?

I've put AWE diffusers on. I'm just driving and enjoying the car before I decide what to mod. Truck is for rain and bad parts of town.

My M4 had a DCT. I really loved the car. But like you said apples to oranges. The M is a German muscle car. The motor feels like a powerful V8 and that car was always traction challenged even when I went with bigger tires. Comfy though. Right at the end, took the wife and 2 kids on a long drive for 4 days with no issues at all. No way in the 911.

I really love the 911 though. Such a great car and so much faster and better on a twisty road. The car is much more analog then the M and I mean that in the best way possible.

That sounds like a great idea.
