GTS w/PSE Tip Clearance?

The muffler does not move and Porsche does not use hangers as most other use on their exhausts so it has to be the adjustment of the tips; however, that option does not work for me so maybe that is only partially true.

I have a base (don't think it matters) and I measure about 7/8" but I could be off a 1/16". Chalk up the differences up to humans being involved in the process...

Never was able to get my fingers in there for cleaning, but can work a shop rag in there for cleaning and polishing.
Edit: Checking again today, i do notice that gap has increased slightly after the installation of my X51 PowerKit and Cargraphic downpipes. My fingers do now fit in the space. above the tailpipe tips.
