Lowering options on a 991.2
991.2 with spasm and pdcc
After a night of research, seems options are either techart or full coilovers.
I was really looking foward to kw has but didn't see an option for .2 models. Anyone can confirm this?

I think its a better option than just springs.

Is there an advantage at all to the KW?

KW HAS will give you greater degree of adjust-ability, and arguably a more robust kit vs just springs. Myself, I went with Tech-Art springs since I was able to get a pair for a significant discount - though had I not, I would have gone with KW HAS.

Curious what the next step from the KW HAS kit would be. Bilstein B16 Damptronics? I find those on sale for 2600-2800. Add in the dsc v3 and that seems reasonable to “do it right”. Anyone have experience with these? What other options are there?

I have a DSC V2 and B16's. It's the perfect Street and occasional DE setup. If you want more hardcore go Tractives or some Ohlin Passive setup.

I have a set of B16 Damptronics on my 2006 Cayman S, and like them a lot.

Eibach can apparently make linear-rate springs on demand. If I had it to do over again, this is the way I'd go if possible.
The TechArts look good but PASM doesn't like progressive spring rates. It isn't awful by any means, and actually rides a bit nicer around town, but the factory spring rates were better and PASM was set up for them. DSC has helped a bit, but its maker says linear rate springs are what's needed.
Short of serious coil-overs, I don't see the point of throwing out the PASM dampers—they're actually quite good.
