Beautiful summer evening for a zip around the SPRING (Stanley Park RING) here in Vancouver. Thought I'd post all 3 pics as I can't really decide which one I like. The last is simply a cropped version of the second but adds a different focus and highlights the man's Guards Red sweater...
P.s. If you've ever considered adding some decals to your T, do it! I get so many compliments, from all ages, even local police that question if I've been on a rally (most common question as there's been a lot of rallies here lately). Also expect to get picked out of the crowd for laser-tagging at speed zones. The meatballs make GREAT targets!
Sorry this isn't a picture, but I couldn't find an official T owners thread. Really dumb question for some T owners. For those that have the manual seat sliders (on non bucket seats, I have T interior package 4 ways), and I was curious if you guys have the slider when getting in and out of the car since the seat doesn't auto roll back like the powered versions do when the car is turned off. I have found once I set my seating position properly I can no longer get in or out without rubbing the bolster due to the distance between it and the wheel. I am pretty skinny, but maybe I have a big a$$ I don't know :O I do not want to rub the bolster every time and where it down, my Cayman S had 14ways and it rolled back so it wasn't an issue.
You can still run the seat back and forth using the lever at the front of the seat. The only problem is there's no "memory" except your own getting it back to the "perfect" position for driving. However, there are various techniques that you can use while inserting your butt into the car that minimizes contact with the side bolster. I use the right hand on wheel. left hand on the bolster, drop butt in technique - works for me.

I'm definitely in the "not skinny" group and firmly in the "codger" group so just move seat back (usually make a seat motor sound to enhance the experience) to ease entry/exit. Just one of the tribulations we put up with to drive "Sports" rather than "Touring" cars. Also take some psychic pleasure knowing that the car is lugging around fewer mass adding seat motors - "Simplify and Add Lightness"!
