Long time friend picked himself a 996.2 a month ago. Weather dictated that today was his first opportunity to drive it. A family reunion of sorts finished off the day.

C&C this AM at a local car community. Took the T and it was definitely in good company. Have to admit my favourite car there was a beautiful '72 2002 "roundie" though I forgot to take a picture of it...

Never fricken fails... Pull in, offset next to a handicapped slot. No worries... If someone else pulls in, they have a whole lot to use... WRONG!
Empty lot... Until it ain't. Our cars are like gravity. They attract.
Don't mind me, I'm just being 'hilarious and sad' over here. Now back to the 992 thread to watch guys angst over whether the alcantara will match their pedicure...

I believe the pinnacle was the discussion on insurance with or without rear seat delete, closely followed by Burmester. So many choices but here is mine….
Drive ‘em and teach those young while you’re at it!
Great choice! Porsche gives us so many choices, but in the 992 they don't let us choose MT with the base Carrera or PCCBs with the T. They deny us some of the most important choices!
In this case a 911T, but there is also a 718T and a MacanT. It's a model that includes a package of options and some special bits as well (such as Agate Gray mirrors and badging) at a "bargain" price. The original T was a 911 model that was at the low end of the model spectrum...I had one of those 50 years ago and loved it! The 991.2 911T was one of the best 991s, according to many reviewers. You were pulling my leg, right?
God bless you,
TT
