Well, I had #27 out today to meet Mike in #1, his beautiful new White/Blue T. Perfect spring day in FL and a "spirited" drive up to Amelia Island from Jacksonvillee made for a fun meetup. Congrats to Mike and wishing him many, many happy Porsche (s)miles!
Who has the bigger smile??
I don't own a T, but ^^^this is what is so cool about the "Porsche family" aka Pcar enthusiasts! Glad you two met up and had a great drive. I have met so many in my area and we will go do the same....just fun spirited drive with other like-minded enthusiasts!

Congrats Mike and Hi to twin brother Steve!
Still love my T after 2 1/2 years, looking to do a tune after Steve told me about the “test drive” he had in yours!
Thanks, It was great to compare rides with Steve. I must say that after driving them both back to back, the tune makes a very noticeable difference. In Steve's car in 3rd (from about 3-4k rpm), when I gave it the "beans", it started at 8psi boost and climbed pretty linearly to 12 psi. Certainly plenty of power, but I did seem to notice the boost lag. In mine with the FVD tune (not sure if the tune was optimized for my Soul sport cats), I tried the same in 3rd and immediately saw 15 psi boost. The increase in acceleration is quite noticeable. I'd guess that over time the turbos might not last as long... Even though I rarely use/need all of that power, it's pretty cool knowing that it's there. Tracking it at the FIRM Friday. should be a little different straight line acceleration than my Miata.

I hadd the FVD tune in my base and the FVD the torque comes on very quickly and then starts to fall with rpms. I now have Softronic and it does not come on so fiercely but more gradually throughout the rpm range
