Great data! Where do you get that, and how expensive is it to subscribe to? I’m about to put my 20,600 mile well optioned 6 speed 997.2 C2S up for sale in the Rennlist classifieds and don’t want to over/under price it.
Not many clean 997.2 6MT models will go to auction. Any dealer can sell a car like this fast and for a nice profit in short order.
Most of the auction 997.2 6MT cars auctioned have "issues".
Post the build sheet over on the 997 forum, and we can advise. I had a $104k build, 2009 997.2 C2S Manual for sale here, and got $59.500 for it. It had 13,000 miles. High 50's is the sweet spot for these, unless it is a 2011. Or, just find dealers with similar cars, and start by asking $5-6k less. If you price at dealer retail, it had better be VERY special: a color or build that someone cannot find anywhere else at the moment. A run of the mill black interior, white C2S manual isn't worth as much as an Aqua Blue full leather with contrasting yellow stitching, seat belts, and ceramics, even if MSRP is similar.

Though I can't necessarily agree with all your assumptions, I do agree that with a car that old, it becomes increasingly difficult to summarize it in a single line. So much can happen over time. Statistically few are garage queens, and it sounds like your car was just that. Most of the traffic you see at the auctions is in that less than 3 years old range.
