I initially spec'd the Targa 4S the way I wanted and I ordered it. But after reading threads here in the forums I started playing with the configurator for the Targa GTS; my Targa 4S build was already $10k more than the base GTS price. My SA still had an allocation for the GTS and he gave me the same discount so it was an easy choice for me to make.

If history teaches us anything they will make certain variants in the 992 body while keeping the 991.2 alive for a bit. Normally the last to transition over to the new body are the C4/C4S, Turbo and GTx models.
