What car to get rid of?

Another take on the statement (edited for clarity) "The Carrera T is also the newest car and if I sell it soon I will likely lose the most on it of the 3 cars."
I don't see that as necessarily losing money, you'd just be doing a stop-loss sooner. Selling the T would probably put the most money back in your pocket and it will also depreciate more (in total dollars, not percentage) for at least the next year or two. I'm not saying you should sell it though, just pointing out the flip side of the financials on that.
Beyond that, the M3 will still likely be at the top of my sell list, I stopped feeling they are that special a long time ago.

I would get rid of the T. Drive the M3 until lease is up and evaluate your options. Dumping money in T and selling in a year or two as you get tired of it is a bad move unless you think daily driving it is a viable option

Yup, I'd replace the M3 at lease end. Tougher question is with what? I personally wouldn't feel too comfortable with my 16 yo teen driving a brand new 540 (definitely not the T or Spyder). Wife might protest a little but I'd go with something a bit slower (but still very nice), like maybe an ES300 or S60 T5.

against the grain
I think BMW's make really great daily's if you can afford the maintenance. 5's better than 3's. Convertables scare me I'd lose the spyder.

Dissenting voice... I understand the need for a daily driver... If it cannot be the 991T (why not?), then dump the Spyder... It's still retaining value really well, so no harm done...And should you want another, the 981 flavor of it has a nicer top...
I have a similar dilemma but with oldies... Do I dump the 911T, the Alfa GTV, or the bmw 2002. Current $ is on the GTV. Just because of value and availability.

Coming from a current F80 M3 owner, given you situation I would dump the M3 as well. My M3 has been my DD for about 2 years now and I have had passengers about 3 times and only once using the back seat. It was due to that reason I ordered a 911T due to arrive in November. That will be my DD going forward. The T will compliment my Cayman R that I use for track time. Good luck in your decision!

F series for daily duties, and the T for special daily duties.
