Thank again for the assessments and opinions everyone. This has become quite a difficult decision for me. I get attached to cars like I do pets lol.

I'd say $65-70k. I sold my 2012.5 991S with $125k build, AWE exhaust, full TechArt kit all around, 41k miles with an accident on carfax history for $66k private party in March. Yours has lower miles but lesser build plus aftermarket wheels (which can be a deterrent for some buyers, a positive for others). If I were you I'd ask $69.9k and see what kind of response you get. For trade you'll probably be lucky to get $62k.
For the right buyer, the mods are tasteful and will command a little premium. For the average person, they probably don't want the mods. If it's not a hassle and you have the original parts, selling the wheels and exhaust separately will probably net you the most money.

price
64k with mods 68k without if no paint blemishes or overrevs. A shame no pdcc and the sunroof or would be low 70's.

This is a REALLY nicely spec'd car. The mods are tasteful, too, but agree that the price most are willing to pay will go up without them. I would leave the springs, however, as they're a PITA to remove and then realign...and the ride height will look great with stock everything else. All the other mods are low hours to undo, and the parts can then be sold.

I agree that the mods won't bring any more value. When i traded my 4S i striped out all of the upgrades, wheels, diffuser, cabin carbon, Kline exhaust, etc and made back over 10k. The dealer offered nothing and didn't care that i removed all mods.
