Buying Used 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera S - need advices what to check
Hi All,
I'm new to the community, so thank you in advance for help. I have to travel 600miles tomorrow to check https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicledetails.xhtml?listingId=488958993&hideBackLink=true&Log=0

So I need your advices what to check, because I'm pretty sure that once I see I'm gonna buy it even despite the fact that something is wrong, and that is what I'm trying to avoid. It is first Porsche, so I will check some basic stuff listed here https://rennlist.com/forums/991/1896...immermann.html but wondered what else I can and should check?
Thank you.

Make sure you look at the build sheet, get a car fax and read HFS! It’s a sticky ( thread at beginning of 991 threads that’s always there ) STG that started it and others have a wealth of information there. That price seems a bit low for a cab, but just make sure there are no ISSUES!

Check for squeaks and rattles on bumps. Check the door panels top flatness (or not). Check operation of all buttons, especially the ones that activate a change over valve like PSE if present, etc... Get a shop to pull the ECU overrevs if it's a stick... and base don a recent thread check for reverse lights ;-)

Check that the interior door panels are tight, especially at the top edge. I just had my 2013 S driver's side replaced under CPO warranty. Dealer said it would have cost me about $3,000 without the warranty.
Check the bottom edge of the exhaust tips. Mine are worn flat from scraping.
Check the bottom trim piece that is on the lower edge of the rear bumper. Mine was cracked, probably from scraping on something.
