Good point. For me, I was parked curbside with his car to the left of me. I always look for corner spots. Lesson learned for me is even for quick trips to the grocer, I just take my daily driver:-)
To be honest, it’s gotta be one of those solo spots that some parking lots have. I always drive around seeking them out. Then finding them is like striking gold. It’s the simple things.
You clearly share the same enthusiasm for Porsches, yet can't comprehend why he'd have a photo of his car in a random parking spot on his phone? I have about 20 images of my car parked at the gym from the last 8 months haha.
me too. Here is my last pic this weekend after a Porsche rally.
I’m 99% certain that’s sapphire, you can’t trust photography to portray colors as they appear to the eyeballs.
Interesting, most likely is indeed. Looks so much like Aqua to me there. Then again I’m realizing that’s a SD front bumper so not even sure if it’s a .2 as it’s hard to tell from that angle.

Completely agree with you about the "simple things":-) However, whenever my wife rides in the car, she gives me a hard time about taking too long to find a good parking spot:-)

Likewise and a good "STFU" usually does the trick at least for 10 seconds, than the vintage whine is back...
Not unlike pressing the dash to temporarily silence a pesky rattle, only to let it go, declare victory for a short while, and upon hitting the inevitable pot hole here in the NE, realize that it's back with a vengeance.
Is that a 987 Cayman made to look like a 911? Any more pics? Something about it looks very 911-y. What I assume is vinyl to make the greenhouse look 911 shaped clearly a large part of that.
It was a cayman tuned by a company called Delavilla. http://www.porschetuningmag.com/the-delavilla-cayman-vrc/. Essentially this consisted of a little body work, taking the 3.4l to 3.8 and adding some suspension bits. I also put a TPC stage II on it. With a higher horsepower to weight ratio, was much faster and handled better than my 997 at the time. This was in 2009.
