The wide bodies are beautiful. How often do you see it while driving though. I love everything about my 991.2 C2S except the rear isn't big enough but it still looks amazing, i've driven behind it and I was way more impressed than I thought I would be. I understand where you are coming from, half the joy is looking at your 911 and the other half is driving it.

Dear all! Thank you for your advices. It was momentary weakness. Like when you saw beautiful girl. Yes, it would be better to earn money and buy 992 GTS.

Still love my 991.2 Carrera S.

If you really need that 1.7” that bad, maybe you need the Turbo or GT3 RS to go to the full 74”. Or Ferrari 360/430 (75.7”) or 458 (76.8”) or 488 (76.9”).

Personally the width by itself doesn’t really excite me that much. Maybe flatter handling but also more pita parking and fitting into garage.

Gonna be big bucks to complete, but If you're going to do it, use the Turbo S / GT3 RS quarters, they are even wider than the GTS/4.

I prefer LWB width rear ends in all regards. I wish the GT3 were narrower. Probably goes back to my Long hood days and maybe seeing the original CTR.

Why not go for a 4S? You get the cool light strip as well. A GTS is wide but not as acentuated without the light strip. The only other option is a rarer and pricier 4GTS.
