Default Looking at a 2014 C2 Base opinions on build and price please

I sold my 997 last week. I am now in Porsche withdrawal.
I am looking at a 2014 Base carrera, 23,000 miles, 22 months on the warrany with the following options:
423 Carrera S wheels 20 inch
446 wheel center caps
487 Manual Transmission\
603 PDLS
636 Park assist front and rear
653 electric slide sunroof in glass
748 folding side mirrors
844 multifunction steering wheel
A1 Black
911 model disignation
AG standard black interior
P3D Premium Package with 14 way sport seats
bose Sound Package
Wheels Painted in platinum satin
Bi Xenon headlights with power washers painted black
Clear glass tailights
Center Console trim Painted

23,000 miles, asking $69,991 MSRP is $99,155.00

As I type this I see that there is no sport chrono or PSE. PSE I can add if I want. Sport Chrono I can't.
I have not seen the car. It is in NY at the moment. My dealership bought it and is having it shipped to them.
There is a little less than 2 years on the factory warranty. Should the car get a CPO?
I don't know the condition of the car. I have to check for over revs, wheel curb rash and rock chips on the hood.
I will not track the car. I like GTing around to places like Montreal, Lake Placid, Nova Scotia and the like.

Thanks for your input. It is much appreciated.
CB
What do you think about the build and the price?

inthink the price is wayyyyyyy toooooo high.

I bought my CPO 2104 C2 with msrp 104k, 4K millage (Pdk, Chrono, Bose, 18 way, etc...) little over 2 years ago (April 2016) for 68k.. there were even better deals at that time but I chose mine because of color.. I hope this helps

I bought my CPO ‘14 C2 last December for 72.5k and it had 34 months of warranty remaining. It had 2,500 miles on it and was pretty loaded with an msrp of 110k. It looked brand new. Best of luck.

Apart from it being a little pricey have you ever owned a black 911?

Do you have OCD?

That price may be including CPO and is certainly a starting point for negotiations. I would get too worked up over anything until you actually see it and drive it.

Looks like a nice build. I like the color combo too. I'd want sport chrono for the engine mounts and auto rev-match. It's just nice to have. Like you said you can mod the exhaust later - plenty of options out there for that. I don't think the price is too high. Maybe get it for 65k CPO? That seems like a fair deal. Good luck!

Crap. I do have OCD a little and I have never owned a black car.
It does not look good.
How bad is it really?

Yeah I wish it had Sport Chrono
I will see what the car looks like. It is coming from NY apparently. I guess dealerships buy cars from each other. I did not know that.

A labor of love at best...an unmitigated nightmare at worst...

Any OCD with a black car = lots of frustration.

i love the look a a freshly detailed black car, but I had a black GTI in college, well for a couple years.

You simply cannot beat the look of a freshly detailed black car.

For the first 20 minutes anyway...

Not sure about the deals people got here but I walked into a Porsche dealership nearby and they were selling a 2017 CPO C2 991.2 with 5,000 miles for $76,000. All features perfect condition. Surprised anyone here is buying 991.1's for north of $70,000.
