Edit: @OP - nice snippet of an E-type. Looks to be a Series I. What year?

Curious where you are located. In CA coastal communities, cabrios are almost a dime-a-dozen. In SoCal beach communities (like Santa Monica), they predominate (on one recent visit to the Santa Monica beach, the only P-cars I saw were cabrios).

Answers to some of the questions:
1. I use the Gilmour Foamaster II. Also, I use the Nextzett 97000515 Colortec Wheel Cleaner and it's easily the best wheel cleaner I've used. It smells awful but works great (not for powder coated wheels I believe).
2. I've not had any water leakage issues with the Targa and it doesn't get any more careful hose application than the coupes.
3. I live in the SF Bay Area - agree that Targa spottings are rare - I'm not sure why. I think it's the best looking 911 and with the Targa you get most of the open top experience of the cab but instead of a tiny rear window with top up you get a huge rear glass window that's beautiful. Sure the Targa is a bit heaver but it hides it's weight and if you care about weight you should buy a coupe anyway.
4. The Jag is a '67, the last of the Series 1 cars. It's going to be sold at RM Sotheby's this August - I just don't use it or show it. We actually designed the Targa in a similar color config to the Jag so that will help to let the Jag go.

Great pic. I love those wheels, too. When I saw them on the configurator I realized I had to order them (in gloss black) on my yellow BGTS. I'm surprised I haven't seen more of them around. The design is particularly suited to using color options.
