What tires to get?
I know this is probably a question that comes back with many different opinions.
I have the pleasure of having a flat tire. Took it in to get fixed and it turns out the f...ing screw is too close to the sidewall to get the tire fixed.
I only have less than 6k miles on the Pirelli's and now I have to get two new rear tires.
Now what to get?
Stick with the P Zero's?
Go with Michelin's? The Super Sport?
What other tires are you guys driving, and are you happy with them?
I am not tracking the car. This is for street use and the occasional autocross.

Ouch. That tire looks like it had a lot of meat left. On my 911s back tires wear twice as fast as the fronts which means you need a new pair of rear P Zeros. When all four are shot get the Michelins.

I was in exactly the same spot. Bought 1 P zero, then killed the 4 and replaced all with Michelin.

My experience.....
The Bridgestone S-04 is a great tire for not a lot of money. I was very happy with them on my Boxster S.
I have had great luck with the Continental Sport.
I just replaced my S-04s with the brand new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S and I have to say, they are absolutely fantastic.
But, they are very expensive. They feel worth the price, however.
If you are on a budget, the S-04s are great and can be found at any Firestone shop.
Good luck.

I would replace the rears with Pirellis and replace all four later with either P zeros or preferably Michelins. No point wasting money and throwing away the front tires.

There are brand new Pirelli tires for sale in another Forum. Maybe he'll sell you just the rears. Or, order one slightly shaved tire from the Tire Rack. All you need is one, maybe two, matching tires.
Seller is jmaza84 in the Parts Marketplace Forum.

As for tire choice, I went with Kumho Ecsta PS91's. Half the price of Michelins and I've been very happy with them. I drive my car hard and have 15+ years of track time, and would be able to tell if they're garbage. I like them way more than the Pirellis that were on my car. They're quiet and sticky with very predictable breakaway characteristics.

Suggest round and black.
Just buy one, shaved, and wear all 4 out.
