So has anyone even gotten close to 30k on a set of MPS4S, front or back? Reading forums, seems like lucky to get about 15-20k out of them (no track), but how have they (Michelin or tire shop) been disputing claims on the warranty? Rotating tires? We can't rotate our tires...

My Michelins on my C4S have abut 10.5k miles. Just changed them over today from winter tires at the dealer. Fronts are 6 mm, rears are 4 mm. 30k seems very doubtful. I plan to replace the rears when they are at 3 mm. Maybe at 15k miles. Street use exclusively and not aggressive driving either.

10K seems very common for these tires. I ask because I have not seen anyone go over 20k, I know that tire manufacturers are notorious for over rating the tire life. I don't know anyone that has gone 60k on all season tires on any car, even when rotating religiously. So I was thinking there is no way in heck that any 911 is getting 30k off a set. No matter how slow we drive these monsters. So if you get say 12K out of the, do you just replace them or have you tried to claim the warranty on them and get some prorated amount for new tires?

If you read the fine print on Michelin's website, the warranty is effectively halved if the fronts and rears are different sizes and cannot be rotated. Legally, the tires are fine to use until 1.6 mm tread depth which should be easy for 15k miles. I will just buy a pair of rears when they are down to 3 mm (about 4/32nds of an inch).
I wouldn't mind the new Pilot 4 all seasons but they don't come in the sizes for the 911. There are 255/35/20s (1 cm wider) and 305/30/20s but they are ZP.

I just put a new set of PS4s on my rears, 305s. Have done 1 half track day so far (2 sessions), and have a full 8 session, 2-day event coming up May 1/2.
Plan to keep track of how well they last. My fronts are PS4s also, but came with the car and still have a good bit of life left.

I drive semi-aggro on the street too, so we'll see how they do. I was holding out for a set of Pilot Sport 2s, which if my new Rears and Fronts both need a swap at the same time in ~10k miles, that's where I'm going next.
