If you can get 100k + tax credit from the dealer I would consider taking it. Im not sure a 2015 manual with brown interior and ducktail (without CPO and 1 year warranty left) will attract a ton of buyers at this price point. However, if you find the right person you may be holding a needle in a haystack and get 115. Depends how patient you are.

I don't know how you will ever find anyone interested in this car-4K original miles, perfect color combination. Oh.... and the manual transmission

Your dealer deal is the way to go. Someone buying your car is going to want it with a CPO. That has more value as it extends the warranty to 2021. You can't offer that on your own so I don't think you will do better privately.
Good luck, don't buy another car you can't drive. The car is nice but has only been driven 110 miles per month average. Doesn't make for a great investment.

Double check your dealer deal. When I did something similar in Illinois years ago there was a time limit between the time you sell and the time you buy. In my case it was 10 months and that was too long so I lost the benefit. As I recall it was a State of Illinois thing not the dealer's rule.
