Track wheel and tire setup?
Anybody running 19 inch RE71Rs on a 991.2 GTS for the track? 245/35/19 front and 305/30/19 are both about an inch less diameter than stock.
20 inch Michelin Cup2s in stock sizes are an option, but I prefer the RE71Rs myself.

I don't have a GTS but I'm considering running the RE71R's on some 19" OZ wheels on my C2S. The lower CG and lower gearing should all be plusses on track. Not to mention the weight savings plus less expensive tires vs 20".

I have a GTS order in, but a long wait until it arrives, so I am killing time looking for track wheels/tires, rotors, and pads.

See if this link works for you. I believe they have the proper offsets for the WB cars. Good luck with the wait. Leggera HLT.

I asked Joe that question in the thread below. It’s towards the end of the thread. Bottom line is he likes the RE71R better than the SC2 on 19’s. TH is my home track and he puts down some very fast times for a street legal car. Watch his vids.

Nice, he is running 255/305 19's on a GT3. That is even better! I'll try this setup on my GTS, although this time I may go with Forgeline wheels for more caliper clearance over the OZ wheels.

The issue with 19s is with RWS on the S or GTS if you have that option.
I do and I am trying the Oz HLT 19s on my GTS.
I got the 11x19 ET 50 rears and that leaves only 3-4 mm of space between the bottom RWS knuckles and the rim ( mostly in a inside out manner).
The rim diameter is larger near the edge of the rim and tightens to a smaller diameter near where the knuckle is placed with the ET 40 setup)
No problems at Chuckwalla, but I did see some rubbing at AutoClub with its extended high G corners.
I am adding 7 mil spacers to fix this ( by pushing the rim and the diameter change outboard from the knuckle).
A better option would be to purchase the ET 40 rim instead of the ET50 rim I chose ( pushing you 10 further away) which aviods the spacer.
I do have 71Rs on these rims (245 & 305s), much cheaper tire choice than what you can get in 20s.

I had a track event on 19's last weekend. I bought a set of wheels with 235/35/19's and 305/30/19 tires. The 235's are a bit smaller than 245's, but with my sport pasm, I found inclines incredibly difficult to maneuver - I was scraping. I also have an aerokit which might contribute to the problem. I liked the idea of the lower ride height on 19's but I'm wondering if it's going to be a problem... Anyone else have any experience with clearance on these tires (245 not 235)?

Sorry, got the front end lift system just for problems like these.
With 19's you are running a 1/2 inch lower height..... so just put them on for track days...

Lift would be nice... Even just for track days it is a bit tight, especially with a bit of extra weight in the front (tools).
