I have a pretty highly optioned C2S. I did not get the Bose. I am perfectly satisfied with the base stereo. With that being said I have 20+ years of dealing with jet aircraft noise and I don't have the worlds best hearing. I had a lot of people recommend the bose. It just did not strike my fancy for the cost. I think you will be just fine without it, particularly since you mentioned earlier in the thread your hearing isn't what it once was.
Welcome to the forum and happy birthday.
Wow, that's a long build option list!
The only other thing I would ask you to check, Bob is the LED headlights in black instead of the standard silver surround. The contrast would be better IMO and match the other black trim.
Happy Birthday, I hope I am still able to enjoy these cars at 73!
I decided to post your build in pic format to make it easier for us in the peanut gallery to offer our $0.02.
Thanks, I didn't know posting this was possible. I've listened to the suggestions, and made some changes to this configuration.
I'm now saving about 3000.00 dollars. I do enjoy the process, but won't bore everybody with the details until I'm more locked-in.

Honestly, the sounds the car makes is music to my ears. If I was a younger person the better audio would have more appeal.

Yes the forum is great at offering suggestions but in some cases it is best to ignore them and go with whatever suits your particular needs. Build it how you want it.
One thing I got talked into was leather on the steering column. On my own I would have never considered it. It was recommended so many times I finally said what the heck and added it to the order. Just as everyone that recommended it said I really love it now and am glad I got it. Also just as glad I did not pay for the bose.
Keep RAS. It’s not a ‘track only’ option. It does make sense for the street and has nothing to do with SPASM. Don’t let anyone talk you out of it.
Natural leather in E/C with the leather package (so, no bright silver trim) will be awesome.
Wonderful build. The combo of Sapphire with E/C was one of two builds I was considering when I ordered mine (way back in the 991.1 stone age era.)
Thanks, it's nice to see so many think the build is pretty good. I'm going to keep the RAS just because I'm curious about new technology. I was considering the Bose, but all I listen to are oldies I've downloaded. I think the Porsche noises will keep me entertained.
Here is my input ... http://www.porsche-code.com/PJIS7VW7
I just took delivery of my new GTS coupe with Espresso/Cognac interior and love it! Add the ventilation seats option ... work nicely here in Arizona. Switch to carbon fiber wheel and inside trim ... looks great. Drop the 18 way seats. Not sure I would order the glass sunroof again if I was ordering today.
