The standard GTS Centerlocks are 9" and 12". The no cost optional Carrera S 5 lugs are 8.5" and 11.5". In either case, tire size is 245/35-20 and 305/30-20.

I can confirm that they use the same tire size (for summer tires). Winter tire size is 295/30 - 20 at the back. Btw., my Porsche Service Manager told me that the center lock wheels have only disadvantages besides of the gorgoeus look of course.

Default 2016 S Saphire Blue with Powerkit

Love it. Just got power kit. Anyone know how much extra hp it produces? I am still breaking it in post power kit, do not know difference yet. I track it and it performs exceptionally well. Love sound and performance of 3.8.

I have a 991.2 GTS Cab that I love. The suspension is in no way too firm on it, it works great. I haven't tried a targa, but it looks amazing and I'm all for the open top. Even the cab has zero flex, so chassis stiffness isn't an issue at all with these cars.

My personal preference is for the GTS version. I tried a regular S, and honestly it didn't do much for me. It felt slow, and I didn't like the power delivery. The GTS is more powerful and more engaging, much more than the numbers on paper would lead you to believe. The extra power will definitely be welcome with the heavier weight of the targa.
