2013 carrera s hub replacement?
I have 2013 911 Carrera S with 68k miles and recently noticed slight, intermittent vibration in the steering wheel at high speeds.
The tires are not new but have a decent amount of tread left. I dont hear the loud "humming" sound typical of a bad bearing and took the car down a curvy road to see if any noise increased or decreased when turning. Couldn't tell.
However, when put the car on jacks and grab the tire at 12 and 6, I can feel subtle movement on the right front. Also I hear a faint grinding sound when spinning the tire, like the brakes are rubbing. I don't feel any movement or hear any sounds from the other wheels.
Do you think I need to replace the front, right wheel hub? Could old tires be causing the vibration? Am I losin' it?

Agreed, classic bad wheel bearing sounds. My old Volvo was notorious for having bad ones. I ate through three.
First I've heard of it on the 991 though.
