I went with Rennline because I wanted the best fit, but it took quite a bit of work (and bending) to install them. The instructions are also pretty lacking. You kinda have to figure things out on your own.
Thanks so much. Just checked the Rennline website, which seems to indicate they are also for the C2. Looking forward to your video.

God bless,

Still no solution for removing the grill slats and just having the mesh ala GT3/GT4?

I have neither product. However, if I were to pursue this mod, I'd go with these: https://www.zunsport.com/us/porsche-...uter-grill-set
Their install is minutes (i.e. no bumper removal) and overall look just seems better aligned with the GT2RS look.

You can pull the slats out pretty easily once you remove the bumper. I did a DIY version as have others.

@Wujohn When you pulled the slats out, did you not have to recode the functionality? I was under the impression it would trip an error message if you simply unplugged the hardware. If it doesn't, then I agree this is great DIY solution.

I left the motors plugged in. No issues.

I did the same but dealer said I had an error code and they cleared it. I don't recall if I turned the car on with the motors out or what, but either way it was a non-issue (no lights on dash). I think it really changes the character of the front.

Good to know, seems like it’s a non-issue.

Don’t know if this has already been asked or addressed but it seems that if any debris does get through these mesh grills (presumably much let will manage to get through than without the grills) that removal of any debris would require removal of the entire bumper, am I correct? Just curious to know how that would be dealt with.

Debris small enough to find its way in can normally be blown back out with some compressed air. That is what we normally do at the shop!

That is one of the reasons I went with Zunsport - easy to pop off and clean. From a standing distance they all look the same so go with what works the best overall.
