These are all in the zip file in that firmware OneDrive folder. I can drop my version somewhere for you in abit. (probably not since I am on the bleeding edge, lol, some stuff may not be working normally)

1. Unzip 7862国外系统2024.3.28.zip:
   1. grab the 6315_1.zip and lsec6315update
2. Unzip 公版_7862_UI2,3,4三合一_1280x720兼容_国外_无碟_360全景倒车_zl_20230420.zip
   1. grab everything except lsec6315update
   2. Use your own AllAppUpdate.bin, config.txt, etc if you backed them up previously.

After flashing, if your screen works, that's great. You will see a yellow banner error. If your screen works, just go to the appstore (not playstore) and update the MainService, ProtocolUpdate and the error will go away.

I really think the boot logo and animation are the finishing touches and really give this unit a sense of OEM style polish

@StanfordBear if you look at the guide and the process for flashing the boot animation it'll tell you how to do a backup to extract some of the files you need, and then you can follow the instructions above

I set the Bose volume to the loudest level I normally listen at before removing the PCM.
