PDK downshift "clunk" sound, is it normal?

I wouldn't expect routine fluid maintenance to fix what is considered normal behaviour. If it does change the behaviour, you probably have other problems with the car that need to be addressed.

Hello I feel the same sympton on my 2011 Porsche 911 Turbo S. I feel the same symptom especially when coming to a complete stop. If im slowing down slowly, I don’t get that symptom. I recently changed the PDK clutch oil, pan, and filter. They also did a PDK calibration.

I am still here and still have my 991.1. 3 years and about 10,000 miles after my initial "downshift clunk" post, my car is doing great, the gear shifts are smooth both up and down. In fact, downshifts actually seem to be better than when I first purchased it, they do not bother me like before and I almost forgot about my post untill I saw it today. I did not do anything to service the PDK, all I did was regular maintenances on the car and weekly driving.
