Default Aftermarket stripe kits

Considering putting a stripe kit on my 991 on order. Primarily looking at this one from KI Studios. Just the stripe over the top in a color scheme appropriate to Sapphire blue.

Can anyone speak to the quality of their products? Any thoughts on ease of installation? I believe I can do this myself without much issue.
Looks like the stripe goes under the nose badge. Are those just held on with adhesive or do they have posts and nuts through the underside of the hood?
Any other companies I should consider as an alternative?

I used a K1 Studios Kit on my 2011 Evora. Installed myself with no problems. No problems over the 2.5 years I owned the Evora.

Thanks and thanks for the pic also.
Did you have to trim the stripe at all on installation or is it a perfect fit? I know they are cut specifically for the car so I am assuming no trimming required

The length of the stripe sections are slightly longer than the section panels on the vehicle. You decide to wrap or trim the length.

Thanks for the video. That was helpful. Looks easy enough.

I talked tio KI and they said I could just put the stripe right over the PPF. I guess I need to make sure the PPF installer takes the badge off and puts the film under it so I have no problems getting it off.

How did you do it? Particularly the top section where is meets the glass at both ends.
Also does it come with any sort of alignment template or is finding center on you?

Finding the center is on you...no template provided. I used an x-acto knife.
