Default 991.1 GTS: Less Sound Deadening Material?

With the hype surrounding the 911T, I’m reminded of an article I read somewhere a few years ago which suggested that the 991.1 GTS had less sound deadening material. Any truth to that?

I’m not sure but in my limited seat time in the C2 and the C4, it does sound like the GTS could have less.

Are you thinking you would like to add more? If that’s the case either way if it has less or more,we need to “happify” your vehicle...lol

lol Not modding the sound insulation up or down. Simply curious if there’s any veracity to what I read.

Thanks ducstar, but my question is concerning the 991.1.

I’d like to know too, but if no one has factually determined such up to now, maybe it’s not the case.

Thoughts?

I can confirm that GTS sounds different than C2S with PSE. Believe the intake is partially responsible for that
