43 - NA all the way. Will keep my 991.1 GTS until the wheels fall off. Having driven the turbocharged 911s, it's just not for me. Like others, I am a big fan of the NA engine's linear power delivery, its epic growl, and it's love for being revved. Fast off the line torque is cool and all but my car is plenty fast for my needs (daily driving, road trips to wine country and cruising along the PCH with the top down). And that turbo whistle drives me crazy. To each his/her own - they are all amazing machines!

Early 40s, and just like good cars—be they NA or FI. If one car is more fun than the other, that's what matters to me.
Fortunately, both .1 and .2 are really good, fun cars. I just happen to prefer the .2 as a complete package. Though I sure do like that 3.8 X51...

Under 35 (barely) and I love my NA 991.1 base Carrera, I searched for 2 years for the right one which for me meant : base Carrera, manual transmission , no sunroof and lacking all the frivolous options that IMHO take these cars further and further away from being the true sports car they once were.
I've also owned several older models including 2 air cooled 911's and a 996 which I also loved.
The turbo cars are great and their performance is NOT in question. What I question is the added level of complication and whether it's worth the modest gains in economy which is why Porsche and all the others went to smaller displacement turbo in the first place.
I also am concerned that as these cars age all that extra turbo complication will make them more likely to be discarded as the repair expenses begin to rise post warranty.
The positive side effect is more low end power which is good in some situations and not in others and certainly takes away from the " effort " that makes driving a sports car rewarding for me.
