Yeah the Kool-aid of having dropped 1-2k on 0 whp.

Even if the part did provide the claimed gains, the way to demonstrate that would be before and after dyno runs in similar conditions (preferably the same exact dyno) at an independent shop. Not the dyno "data" from the company that's also selling you the part. That's sales/marketing material.

I would gladly pay $2000 for 0hp vs. a $4500 Tubi system for 0hp. That to me, is good deal assuming the logic of reduced restriction is fact.

Do people even buy exhaust system for performance? I got mine for sound, the awe x pipe was underwhelming so I went with a fister side system.

Hey WJ! Actually recently sold the Macan to finally commit to fulfilling my 911 dream. Almost got sidetracked into a Macan GTS, but thankfully this time, I followed my heart side did the deed.

Loved the Macan, btw. The GTS is especially a phenomenal car. But now I can get this off of my bucket list and figure in time I'll know whether I'm a 911 lifer or will get back into a Macan next.

Louder cars always give more excitement than quiet cars. Best to not mistake excitement for HP.

with regards to cost, a fister mod plus x pipe is a high quality option. Don't mistake price for quality. There is little to no difference in any x pipe for our cars... including one made by an average muffler shop for a fraction of the cost. The markups on name brand exhausts is criminal.... but the market has spoken and is happy to pay.

Makes sense. I'm sure you're loving the 911.

Btw, does anyone have a good pic of the undercarriage of a 991 (even preferably from the angle of kneeling down behind one, to make it easy to identify what mine has from that same angle) so I can compare how mine looks to a stocker? Thanks.

Instead of a giant can you have pipes the intersect in the center. Don't overthink it!

I'm jealous of you're excitement of anticipation with regards to your pending delivery. Sleep must be tough!

Consider our Valved Exhaust System (working on a solution for non S/GTS) as a high quality option at a fair price for a valved setup. It functions quite well with the side mufflers when valves are closed but allows a straight shot out for exhaust gasses with valves open. We happily take care of Rennlist members!

I have the Sharkwerks X-pipe with stock side mufflers on my 2013 Carrera base. I had purchased the side mufflers to upgrade as well, but frankly stopped at the X-pipe. It sounds great, and I am happy with it. Don't feel any difference in power, but great sounds.

Hahaha, tell me about it.

It was between this or a new Macan GTS which would've been my second time waiting 3+ months for delivery, so I guess it's both painful and relieving. Just can't wait to get it, as well to confirm what it might or might not have that I don't yet know about.

Thanks for the pics! It'll be easy to spot quickly which is cool.

Totally forgot that the previous owner had sent me a video at a low angle!

Can anyone identify what this looks like? Hard for me to tell.

Looks like stock tips, powder coated black and a sharkwerkz x pipe.
