Default 50 + 37

As in a 911_50th Anniversary plus a set of Volk Racing TE37 wheels. Two classics in one, hope you like them!

Big "Thank You" to fellow Rennlister Pr3z for hooking me up with these great wheels. Also thanks to Road Race Technologies for setting her up, and TLC Auto Detail for keeping her clean.

Finally, Purists need not reply, I heard you the first 50 times!

Thanks for looking! One more for the road...

Also is the 50th a wide like a Carrera 4 or GTS? If so can you post the specs of the wheels...width and offset?

Do you track? If so what pads have you been using for street and track?

I just got a 2017 GTS...I had a 2012 GTS and other 997 cars and tracked a lot...just seeing guys are using for pads on 991's at the track these days.

What is the reason for covering your clock with a center cap?

I think it looks great!! But, is that a CLK 63 AMG Black Series I see back there? Aka the car with the best fender flares of all time.

Yes the 50th is wide like GTS. It basically is a GTS with different color and trims. The wheels are 20x8.5 with 48 mm offset front, and 20x11 with 50 mm offset rear. They have Porsche's 5mm spacers.

I used to track hence the Cup 2 tires and Girodisc. I had a set of OZ Leggeras in 20x9 and 20x12 which gives it a slightly larger footprint.

There's a limited amount of pads on the regular 911. Most aftermarkets are focused on the GT3. You can talk to Clark at ApexPerformance. He has some good recommendations. The standard track pads would be Pagid RS29s. More are coming out though.

LOL just trying to make an artistic shot---shows how well the wheel's color match the interior.

I was reading the description and thinking "oh no" but then I scrolled down and I think this the only time I've liked this wheel on the 911. I'd still prefer the stock wheels, but the color with the wheel finish is pretty nice.
