I used to track hence the Cup 2 tires and Girodisc. I had a set of OZ Leggeras in 20x9 and 20x12 which gives it a slightly larger footprint.

There's a limited amount of pads on the regular 911. Most aftermarkets are focused on the GT3. You can talk to Clark at ApexPerformance. He has some good recommendations. The standard track pads would be Pagid RS29s. More are coming out though.
thanks...I was on Tire Racks web site and the OZ Leggara I can't find in 9x20 12x20...that's what I want for track wheels.

i shop with Clark at Apex...I'll be on a sales trip driving by to see him in a couple weeks for a new helmet and brake stuff.

That looks great!
Ignore others regarding complaints about the fake Fuchs off the 50th.
It's your car and an awesome choice of wheels! I went with Advan F50s on my 50th.

but I have TE37s on my 991.2 GTS.

Are those authentic Rays centercaps? When I purchased TE37s, the shop had a difficult time mounting them and wasn't able to, saying they might not probably fit the hub. I'd like to know as I've been running open-hub, without centercaps and hate it.

Also, does your username relate to the SNK Neo-Geo?

Love the TE37s. Bought a set of Volks (actually Nismo but made by Volks) wheels for my 350Z 14 years ago. They have performed admirably. Those Advans look great too. There's some seriously good wheel taste on Rennlist!

Cheers,
NF

eo?
He asked and I believe all opinions were respectful. You're right though in that it's your car and you should do what makes you happy.

It wasn't direct at any one person. Everyone, yourself included, was very respectful.

I'm obviously biased, but wanted to share my opinion with NeoGeo7 on his wheels. It seems like this forum heavily values vehicles as-they-come from the factory over individual modifications, particularly for some of the more limited cars. I don't feel as that necessarily has to be mutually exclusive.

Mine is a more heavily modded one here. Modding is a fun, yet slippery slope. You're also right because of the irony with regards to fiscal responsibility on a Porsche community. Modding will hurt the value for 30 years down the line.... half this forum will be dead by then.

Hey man thanks for the kind words! It's nice to get feedback from both sides. BTW, people do know that a jack and 30 minutes later the "beloved" Fuchs could be back on right?? LOL

Yes those are authentic Rays centercaps, fit like a charm! There's actually several options available. I hate the open hub rusted axle nut look.

Not related to SNK Neo-Geo, sorry. But I do love your 50 too! Great color!
