Default 2014 CS2 under consideration

Had a look at this one recently and not sure if I like those graphics. Dealer will remove them if I want - maybe keep the door rocker 'Porsche' and pull of the frunk stripes? I don't mind the rear stripes. Speedier with 'em?

Someone did a nice job making that look like the 2006 911 R. I think it looks great but that's just my two cents. Good luck with your purchase.

Dump them. Looks terrible IMO.

I'm sure some will disagree and that's fine. But you asked. Personally I don't like the door script either.

I've gone back and forth on consideration of stripes as well. Here are two thoughts, but the answer is up to you of course!

1) One of the beautiful things about the white 991s is their simplicity and purity. I was originally going to get a white for this reason but after 3 months of looking couldn't find one outfitted like I wanted and went another direction entirely!

2) The deck lid slits on a 991.1 help make the car feel wider to me, from a visual psychology point of view. The added stripes break this up and make the car feel narrower in my opinion. I prefer wider myself. Here is another similar image without stripes (I couldn't quickly find one from the high angle in your photo). Notice how all those nice horizontal lines work so well together, especially with the white against the black lines. The stripes in the image to the left just break that all up.

Get the dealer to put in writting "will remove stripes with zero issues at later date" and drive the car for a few days/weeks/months, and then decide.

Whites ones are the fastest and only built by Senior Porsche Techs. FYI.

I like the decals, especially the "Porsche" at the bottom of the doors. If you had the decals removed, I wonder whether there would be a visible difference in the paint where the decals were removed.

I think it would look good with the decals on sides only.

I'd leave it on. Hard to think removing won't leave ANY trace.

I'm with the original statement - leave on the side graphics but take off the stripes.
