This is just an x-pipe which won't sound any different from anything else out there.

What's the asking price? 4 grand?

I’ve been interested in this system for quite some time, but have never had any questions answered or even seen a video clip.

I’d like to know if an x-pipe version exists without the cats. I already own Soul cats and see no need to replace them.

Furthermore, I’ve heard the PSE muffler is pretty much straight through, in terms of design.

So, how much more sound would I gain with this system?

You're essentially just deleting the muffler.. A muffler shop could do this job for no more than 500 bucks.. 480 of those bucks comes from labor. The other 20 for the parts.

I'd get a custom exhaust done or buy something from speedtech or fabspeed since you have those cats already.

I personally suggest keeping the PSE and pairing your cats with some headers.

Reviving this thread. Just wanted to see if anyone has purchased and get their thoughts. I have a 2017 S without the PSE and looking for a little more volume.

1. Any options for people with aftermarket cats already?
2. How does your exhaust work with PSE button (any additional sound gain with button)?
3. Will this trigger failing in Smog test in CA?
4. Have any more pictures of PSE version installed for esthetic review purpose?

Thanks for the link. I already checked the website before I posted.
Only information I found was that this is not CARB legal so it will not pass smog but didn't find anything relate to PSE bottom usage or using it with other sport cats, etc.

This system is valveless, so the PSE button would not do anything. We designed this OBD2 compliant unit as a full exhaust system with our 200 cell sport cats. It was not made to work with other aftermarket cats, so we cannot say whether it’ll work with another brand of cats unfortunately.

Quick Reply: GMG WC-Sport Exhaust System is now available for the 991.2 Carrera!
